This technology utilizes high-frequency sound waves to disrupt cell walls and membranes, thereby facilitating the release of bioactive compounds. The application of ultrasound can significantly increase extraction efficiency, reduce extraction time, and minimize the need for harsh solvents, making it a promising and environmentally friendly technique for obtaining valuable bioactive compounds from natural sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our group has significant experience in extracting bioactive compounds using ultrasound. Our current research focuses on developing sustainable biorefineries based on ultrasonic processes. These refineries aim to extract compounds from agricultural and food residues and wastes, and then separate them for use as ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color\">A tecnologia de ultrassom \u00e9 considerada altamente eficaz no aprimoramento da extra\u00e7\u00e3o de compostos bioativos de v\u00e1rias fontes org\u00e2nicas, incluindo folhas, frutos, sementes, ra\u00edzes e baga\u00e7o. Essa tecnologia utiliza ondas sonoras de alta frequ\u00eancia para romper as paredes e membranas celulares, facilitando assim a libera\u00e7\u00e3o de compostos bioativos. A aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de ultrassom pode aumentar significativamente a efici\u00eancia da extra\u00e7\u00e3o, reduzir o tempo de extra\u00e7\u00e3o e minimizar a necessidade de solventes agressivos, tornando-se uma t\u00e9cnica promissora e ecologicamente correta para a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de compostos bioativos valiosos de fontes naturais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color\">Nosso grupo tem experi\u00eancia significativa na extra\u00e7\u00e3o de compostos bioativos usando ultrassom. Nossa pesquisa atual se concentra no desenvolvimento de biorrefinarias sustent\u00e1veis baseadas em processos ultrass\u00f4nicos.
